Hi, I’m Brad.

When I finished school, I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life. I took the wrong path, wasted years figuring it out, and learned the hard way what it costs when nobody helps you understand who you actually are before you have to choose.

That frustration led me into education. I built a nationally recognized company, traveled to campuses across the country, and mentored thousands of students trying to find their direction. I also joined the Army National Guard. And somewhere along the way, I became a father—watching my own kids face the exact same crossroads I did.
